Founded in 1980 as a small artisan workshop, FF.GI. srl is now a leading manufacturer of industrial PTFE gaskets. In over forty years of business, we have transformed our experience into a wealth of technical and specialist expertise, enabling us to respond effectively to the needs of the most complex and regulated sectors.

Our growth is driven by investments in technology, processes and people. At our headquarters in Grumello del Monte, we combine traditional craftsmanship with industrial efficiency to offer safe, reliable solutions that comply with European regulations.

Today, we can count on a factory equipped with advanced machinery and digital systems in line with Industry 4.0, which allow us to monitor every stage of production and logistics in real time, responding to market demands quickly and accurately, while maintaining consistently high quality standards.

The name FF.GI. is synonymous with certified quality, bespoke production and long-term partnerships. Our customers consider us not only suppliers, but true strategic allies, capable of contributing to the achievement of their goals and the growth of their businesses.
1980
FF.GI is born as a small laboratory specialized in sealing, PTFE envelope gaskets, and PTFE lining.
1986
The company grows and takes shape, officially becoming FF.GI. srl.
1990
Part of the current plant in Grumello del Monte (Bergamo) is acquired, laying the foundations for industrial development.
1992
The first CNC turning machine has been purchased.
1999
FF.GI receive the first UNI-EN ISO 9002-1994 quality certificate.
2003
Quality certificate is updated to UNI-EN ISO 9001:2000.
2004
FF.GI production site is getting bigger with a division in different area of production, the storage part and the new commercial and administration office.
2009
Quality certificate is updated to UNI-EN ISO 9001:2008.
2010
Production space is further increased by adding increasingly modern and efficient CNC machining centres, doubling production capacity.
Further expansion of the production department with the addition of new CNC centres and waterjet cutting machines.
2018
Quality certificate is updated to UNI-EN ISO 9001:2015.
2019
First step of our new commercial and administration offices in order to make the best work environment possible.
2020
Second step of the commercial and administration offices, new direction office, new exposition room and meeting room.
2023
Creation of a new warehouse in a separate building, with electronic vertical storage systems to maximise space and allow the digital tracing of products, as well as a new dedicated logistics department to improve our control over all materials in arrival and all products which have been shipped.
2024
Our UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification is renewed, with the very important element of DESIGN being added to our already-certified service of production, allowing us to provide a more complete service to our customers.

    Our plant in Grumello del Monte (Bergamo) is located in an area of primary importance at European level for PTFE processing and represents the beating heart of our production activity.

    It employs qualified technicians who undergo continuous training to make the most of its cutting-edge machinery: CNC turning and milling centres supported by CAD-CAM systems, water-jet cutting systems equipped with the latest generation of nesting software, specialised PTFE welding machines, calenders, edging machines and die-cutting machines.

    It is not just a question of machinery. Our strength lies in our ability to integrate the latest technologies with a management approach geared towards Industry 4.0.
