Materials
The main materials used in these applications are virgin premium-grade PTFE FLON-CHEM 1121, DYNEON TFM™ 1600/ TFM™ 1705, and the new premium-grade modified PTFE FLON-CHEM 1075. All of these materials provide the necessary physical and mechanical features, like:
Maximum density and molecular structural homogeneity
Low permeability and high elasticity
High chemical resistance
Remarkable temperature excursion (-200 +260°C)
Resistance to CIP/SIP steam and sterilization process
