PTFE expansion Joints

PTFE expansion joints are an advanced technical solution for absorbing axial, lateral and angular movements in pipes and industrial systems subject to thermal variations, vibrations or misalignments.

Thanks to the exceptional properties of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), these components offer maximum chemical resistance, a very low friction coefficient and total inertia when in contact with corrosive or aggressive fluids.
Designed and manufactured by FF.GI., PTFE compensators guarantee reliability, durability and compliance with international standards. They are available in different configurations to meet specific requirements in terms of pressure, temperature and system geometry.
Our Range
The FF.GI. line comprises three main product families, designed to cover all thermal and mechanical compensation requirements in industrial process systems:
Designed for systems where expansion and misalignment movements prevail under moderate pressure conditions, these expansion joints provide high flexibility and excellent chemical resistance.
Designed for more demanding applications, high-pressure expansion joints ensure mechanical stability, safety, and long service life even in the presence of thermal cycling or high-pressure conditions.
These models combine the flexibility of the elastomer with the chemical resistance of the internal PTFE lining, providing a versatile solution for aggressive environments and medium-pressure applications.
