Types of Use

FF.GI. manufactures a complete range of gaskets dedicated to the main industrial connection standards, designed to ensure safety, hygiene and resistance even under harsh operating conditions.

These solutions are used in numerous sectors, including the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and beverage industries, where sealing precision and material compatibility with process fluids are essential requirements.

Our Range

FF.GI.’s production includes three main families of gaskets for fittings, designed to cover the most common international standards:

PTFE TRI-CLAMP gaskets

TRI-CLAMP gaskets are used as a sealing element between two inox steel “clamp” fittings (called ferrules), closed by a collar without using bolts; in addition, tri-clamps are able to self-centre their position thanks to the semi-cylindrical protuberance on both the surfaces of the gasket which fit perfectly into the groove of the two “ferrules”.

FF.GI srl produces PTFE fittings gaskets according to DIN 11851 for industries like wine, dairy, chemical / pharmaceutical, confectionery, and food in general.

Fittings gaskets “CAM-LOCK” type

FF.GI offers a full range of “cam-lock” type fittings gaskets. Different kinds have been developed according to the different applications required by our customers.

These types of gaskets are used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
