Flon-Chem®-1000 is a high molecular weight polymer, 100% pure virgin PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), made of fluorine and carbon atoms that make it one of the most versatile plastic materials for applications where other materials cannot be used.

Flon-Chem®-1011 is a restructured gasket sheet sealing material made of modified PTFE and a high silica filler content.

Flon-Chem®-1015 is a filled compound based on modified PTFE containing 25% glass fibre.

Flon-Chem® – Multisoft is a multidirectional ePTFE sheet gasket made of 100% pure ePTFE, with higher density. It is composed exclusively of top-quality PTFE resins that provide virtually unlimited chemical resistance.

Thanks to its chemical resistance, it can be used in various static applications; its malleability and softness make it suitable for applications where low tightening torque is required, such as on plastic, glass, etc. flanges. Typical applications include: vacuum systems, piping, dryers, heat exchangers, furnaces and boilers, evaporators, sealing flanges for pumps and valves.
