Kammprofile gaskets

Kammprofile gaskets are employed when traditional spiral wound or metal sheeting gaskets can occur in sealing problems, it offer high performances even with low sealing rate.
Kammprofile gaskets are made of a metallic core selected according to the material of the pipes, with concentric grooves and layers of flexible sealing material on the surfaces, different according to the temperature and the fluid/gas kind.
Kammprofile gaskets are made of different materials and form (not always circular) and could be customized to adapt to the application required.

TYPES:

FFcam1

Kammprofile gasket without centring rings used on interlocking flange.

Mostly applied on heat interchange machines in substitution of the metal sheeting gaskets.

The ENVELOPE version is used when we need to seal on ceramic or glass coated flanges with high pressure.

FFcam2

Kammprofile gasket with a ring useful for centring and alignment in RF flanges.

The gasket is designed and dimensioned on the EN12560-6 and ASME B16.5 flange regulations but could be tailored and designed on customer purpose.

The ENVELOPE version is used when we need to seal on ceramic or glass coated flanges with high pressure.

FFcam3

Kammprofile with centring floating ring.

This solution avoids the plant vibrations to be transmitted to the gasket, keeping the property unaffected.

The ENVELOPE version is used when we need to seal on ceramic or glass coated flanges with high pressure.
