FF.GI. srl is an industry leader in manufacturing industrial seals and gaskets. Our products are used mainly in the fine chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverages, energy and sailing industries.

At our headquarters in Grumello del Monte (BG), well-known as one of the most important production hubs for PTFE transformation in Europe, the manufacturing process is curated by a highly-qualified and specialized team, helped by modern and efficient machinery such as: CNC turning and milling machines with CAD-CAM systems, cutting machines with Water-jet technology equipped with the most sophisticated nesting software, welding machines to carry out PTFE joining, calenders, bending machines, punch machines, etc.

Speed, quality and efficiency are our priorities as the market becomes more and more demanding. In response to this, at FF.GI. srl we have enhanced our I.T. and technology systems to reach “Industry 4.0” standards, allowing us to completely monitor production processes, sales and logistics with the new vertical storage system, paying careful attention to always providing our customer with the newest products that comply with EU laws and industry regulations currently in place; our quality system has been certificated since 1999 by an external association, and is nowadays in line with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 regulation.

Our experience over the years has allowed us to build great relationships with our customers, earning their trust and doing our part to elevate their businesses as suppliers of a multitude of products.

1980

FF.GI is born as a small laboratory specialized in sealing, PTFE envelope gaskets, and PTFE lining

1986

FF.GI take srl denomination

1990

The first part of the actual production site in Grumello del Monte is born

1992

The first CNC turning machine has been purchased

1999

FF.GI receive the first UNI-EN ISO 9002-1994 quality certificate

2003

Quality certificate is updated to UNI-EN ISO 9001:2000

2004

FF.GI production site is getting bigger with a division in different area of production, the storage part and the new commercial and administration office.

2009

Quality certificate is updated to UNI-EN ISO 9001:2008

2010

The production site grows again with modern CNC turning machines and a Waterjet cutting machine, doubling his productive force.

2018

2018 – Quality certificate is updated to UNI-EN ISO 9001:2015

2019

First step of our new commercial and administration offices in order to make the best work environment possible.

2020

Second step of the commercial and administration offices, new direction office, new exposition room and meeting room.

2023

Creation of a new warehouse in a separate building, with electronic vertical storage systems to maximise space and allow the digital tracing of products, as well as a new dedicated logistics department to improve our control over all materials in arrival and all products which have been shipped.

2024

Our UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification is renewed, with the very important element of DESIGN being added to our already-certified service of production, allowing us to provide a more complete service to our customers.
