Thanks to his wide range of machines and to the special welding process, FF.GI Srl can produce virgin PTFE O-Rings FLON-CHEM 1000 of every dimension and chord; virgin PTFE O-Ring finds their application mostly on static sealing in high chemical aggressive situations and high pressure and temperature.
In addition to that we could provide O-Rings in other thermoplastic materials on customer request, the most requested materials are:
- FLON-CHEM 1001 PTFE + 25% glass:
- FLON-CHEM 1002 PTFE + 25% carbographite:
- PVC;
- PA6;
- PA6+Mos2 (black colour);
- DEVLON® V-API;
- Etc….
