PTFE O-rings

Thanks to our wide range of machines and special welding process, FF.GI Srl can produce virgin PTFE O-Rings (FLON-CHEM 1000) of all dimensions and cords. Virgin PTFE O-Rings are mostly used in static seals in applications containing highly-aggressive chemicals at high pressures and temperatures.
In addition to these we can provide O-Rings in other thermoplastic materials at the customer's request. The most common materials are:
- FLON-CHEM 1001 PTFE + 25% glass:
- FLON-CHEM 1002 PTFE + 25% carbographite:
- PVC;
- PA6;
- PA6+Mos2 (black colour);
- DEVLON® V-API;
- Etc….
